I hear from others that Frank routinely posts pics on other chat boards of him sitting on his couch masturbating to abortion pictures. I’m also told he has a collection of movies of actual abortions. I suppose that’s why he is trying to encourage others to post so he can get new pics for his collection.

Me and the majority of Florida voters are going to insure women in Florida have choice and there isn’t a thing you can do about it, remember asshole the only abortions you can really prevent are the legal ones.
What makes this particular issue (abortion) more suitable for state control over federal control? I would argue the opposite is true. Because it is such a personal decision, the law should be the same for all Americans, not different based on your geographical location.
If state control is good, wouldn’t county or even city control be even better? Or better yet, personal control?

Free is not always best and does little to guarantee a successful family unit. Today’s generation not only accepts single mothers; it celebrates them. And, with lower-income families, the government subsidies make the father obsolete. Add in Biden’s crackdown on crack, which incarcerated black males at an alarming rate (unlike their white counterparts who did powder cocaine), and the leftist policies almost guarantee there will be no father in the home.
For the record, there is no such thing as a free lunch.
I think liberals like families. And with a generous heart they harm the one thing society needs the most.
I don’t know about “celebrating,” but it almost sounds like you favor the days where the Mother had to put up with an abusive “Father” in order to ensure survival of herself and her children. That usually doesn’t turn out well.

Yeah, you will never understand the power of self-reliance, less taxes, and smaller government.
In my county of over 700,000 people, nearly 50% of the students are on the free lunch program. I pay hella taxes for it. I have no problem with it. I like taking care of children that have less at no fault of their own. Same with the elderly.
It is income based to qualify . But the county wants to raise taxes and expand it to all children. Why?
Stop with the exceptions to the rule. My grandparents and parents were married their entire life, and raised beautiful happy children very modestly. We had Sunday dinners at my grandmother’s house so I could see what a successful marriage looks like.
You’re married and I am sure you feel it gives your children the best opportunity to succeed. So why take the opposing position? Afraid of being a bit conservative?

Single mothers are not the “exception to the rule.” The ones that need the help most often are single mothers because they could no longer stand to be in the relationship with the father. And that is often because of abuse.
You are wrong. Overwhelmingly, it is due to class and culture. You need to see more. Come to Atlanta, I will show you what is really happening with the generational welfare state up front and in your face.
Please explain. What class, and what culture? And why do these classes an cultures have more single mothers, in your opinion?
Start with one of his books. Or even an article or two.

I have plenty. I see it every day. But you don’t want to hear it or see it. You will keep voting for the same things that harm those you think you are helping.
Thomas Sowell is much more qualified. Crack a book, it doesn’t hurt. I promise.

Thomas Sowell’s path has not been an easy one. His education as a child in Harlem didn’t include graduation from high school; a stint in the Marines coincided with the Korean War. Despite the difficult start, he went on to receive degrees in economics from Harvard University, Columbia University, and the University of Chicago.
