I do lots and lots of dye tests, I give discounts to military and vets since they often are getting a VA loan and usually require the dye test, well water test, and NPMA-33.
I always feel very bad for the seller when it fails, while at the same time the buyer is happy I just saved them $10K.
Here is one from recently, breakout in the pond. It was originally a valley through the woods, that eventually got dammed to make a pond. House built in the 50’s. It appeared 20 minutes into the test running water at a rate of approximately 4.5 gallons per minute.
