Licence in Texas

Members, I leave in Houston,Texas and my goal at the moment is to get my licence as Real State Inspector, after becoming a member of "NACHI " can you give me an advise in which way I can accomplish this task in the shortest amount of time and the least expensive.

The quickest and cheapest way is to order correspondance courses to meet the training requirements. A list of approved providers is at the TREC link Patrick posted.

Also, remember that the fast track education requirement increases from 188 hours to 448 hours on Jan. 1, 2005.

I think that's for Professional Real Estate Inspector license only. He mentioned he was pursuing a Real Estate Inspector license. I don't see a change in requirements for that.

For God sakes, Please make sure you do some ride alongs , at least. The courses are by no means going to teach you how to inspect a home. That’s if you can past the test. STUDY. and Welcome Aboard
