The national golf open is taking place nearby on that weekend so it is not easy to locate a close hotel. However, the Meadowbrook Motor Lodge has rooms available. http://meadowbrookmotorlodge.com/ . It’s nothing fancy, but it’s probably suitable for one night.
The hotel is located at the intersection of route 106 and Jericho Turnpike in Jericho New York. (About a 20 minute ride from the seminar). The address is 440 Jericho Turnpike, Jericho, New York. The phone number is (516)-681-4200. The price is $75.00 plus tax.
We have not made any definite arrangements, but I'm thinking about getting together for dinner the night before with Joe Tedesco. Possibly we could have an open invitation for all attendees.

Hi Gary,
I needed the training more than anything else. Electrical is my weakest area. I really don’t want to end up looking like one of the pictures he posts. Plus I have never been to New York.

Greg,
You can take the Air Train from JFK to the Long Island Railroad Jamaica station and then get on the long island railroad to Hicksville, take a cab from there. I'm sure you can get information about the Air Train and the long island railroad on the Internet.
By the way, I'm very impressed that you are coming all the away from Florida! I'm looking forward to meeting you.
