That is really confusing. This young man wants to hire another inspector in KC.
When I go to Jason’s web site, I see he’s a Realtor with Chartwell Realty in Kansas City. I wonder how many home inspectors he has working for him. I don’t recognize the name.
Spam. I have heard that some of the REA’s from that company do inspections and home “checks” for other office REA clients. I have also heard that one REA does radon checks for free, for clients of other realtors. I have two REA’s from Chartwell who I do their inspections for. If they have passed along, or using, some of my reports or maintenance info, which is InterNACHI based, they best use caution…
I just clicked on his name at the post above, clicked on web site, and went right to his REA site. No mention about being an inspector. HHMMMmmmm.
He could not afford me anyway.
