Makes me wonder about this industry sometimes.

Just for fun I went on Craigslist to look at how local inspectors market there.

No judgements but I do find this interesting.

Wow, no conflict there huh?

Very Interesting thanks …Paul

I thought realtors had an ethics standard to follow?

None that I ever met …

I wouldn’t use Craigslist as a barometer of the industry, as CL ads aren’t meant for the most discerning of prospects, but it is interesting.

Things are always free for a reason. No mention of Certified Master Inspector or carrying any type of insurance. Inspector’s name must be Rolland T. Dice.

= scumbag.

Also an Internachi member.

Nick only saw this, his eyes glazed over, and then went on attack!

Don’t know if your mistake or CL, but… It should have read (if legit)…

As you know, they are not one and the same. In fact, weren’t you at the seminar Ben put on there about two years ago?

I copied and pasted right from the inspectors ad. I make mistakes but that isn’t one of them.
