I wish I had known about Montesano’s before Wednesday when I was leaving the conference. I’ll definitely check it out this winter when I go to the, the, the… ummmmm… dare I say… ashi conference.

Joe - I agree with you. I’d rather make a Steakumm than eat at Geno’s. Garbage. I like Jim’s however.
