Hello all, we took a look at a new building membrane roof today, this is a first for us and I was hoping to pick some more experienced minds. I particular the seams, does these seams appear to be properly sealed? I can not determine if these have been heat welded, but I think I can say for certain there is not seam tape. Thanks all.
You don’t appear to be qualified to inspect this roof. Installation specifications vary with membrane type and you haven’t even thought to mention what that type might be. You need to learn your business and not try to get others to do your work for you.
