Do you have any training in the inspections of manufactured housing?
They are much different, possibly more tedious, and certainly easier to miss something big, if only because you don’t do them every day.
One thing that you need to look for is hurricane straps. If the mobile home is on piers, not a permanent foundation, hurricane straps are and to code.
