I am trying to explain the difference between a moisture mitigation system and a radon mitigation system to a seller who does not want to installed a radon system even though my test came in high. Any thoughts.
Moisture will destroy the home.
Radon will destroy the people who live in the home .
People understand money.
Give them the average cost in the area to waterproof the home and compare it to the average cost to mitigate the Radon.
Who cares what the seller wants or doesn’t want? And more importantly, why do you care?
Let the buyer and Realtors deal with it. And why is water getting roped in with Radon in the first place lol? Moisture mitigation controls moisture and radon mitigation controls radon, easy peasy…what am I missing here?
