These are from a 75 year old house I did last week. The first floor measured 15" out of level from front to back.
These are from a 90 year old house from this morning. The first floor was about 3" out of level. The buyer’s agent said there is an engineer’s report giving the foundation a clean bill of health. I didn’t see the report. Obviously the engineer didn’t go in the crawl space.
