Agreed when it comes to marketing and starting out especially .Anyone in business for a number of years is most likely getting a Majority of Clients from referrals however or they simply don’t have a good rep . Marketing is still needed however as a safety valve to loss of Agents and Referrals from past Clients whose inner circle have already used you .

I agree 100%. I looked today and I have 3 Google Reviews, so I must be doing something to get business
