In order to view the NACHI agreement you have to download the adobe reader first. You can get the Adobe Acrobat Reader for free by clicking on the Adobe Banner below the downloads or by going to their web site at:
http://www.adobe.com
After you download and install the reader when you click on the form link it will automatically open it for you. After you open the form you can then save it to your computer by clicking on the "floppy disk" located in the toolbar at the top.
