Nick,
I’m familiar with Hanson realty. Are we just using their facilities to conduct home inspection classes? Seems like an odd place for home inspection training. Elbow to elbow with realtors?

You’re right. The last two local Chapter meetings NACHI held in Illinois had over 80 attendees each. I’m betting that I can pack an Illinois continuing education course with close to 200 attendees. We’ll probably need a major hotel to hold it in.

That’s the point (I didn’t) make.
A Lincoln Park office in Chicago's worst parking neighborhood would be a problem if there is a good size turn out. The mix of inspectors - realtors well, that's your call. I didn't mean to be critical of ideas. Just have good food.

You would think that in a large city they could at least have a ‘house of defects’ for new and old inspectors alike. I’ve never known any other industry where the clubs wage war.

Erol, there is only one “club waging war” in that there is only one association in the world that filed consecutive suits against another association and select members personally. This association continues to spend member’s branding dues on attorney fees to wage legal war.
NACHI has never filed suit against any other association except one small one in PA and we dropped that one. NACHI has never sued anyone personally. We take the high road.
