Is there a thought with this, or is this just another worthless link. If you have something to say, just say it.

Gerry,

Nope. I see a vendor righting a possible wrong or misunderstanding. I also see the bs that was being thrown around by past members as just that bs. They had no idea or even the remote idea of what was in the works or being worked out.

Can you see that??

I suspect Joe will be asking about Candy again. ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)

Hi to all,

I am with Joe H on this one, does no one see a problem with Nick promoting a company who we have had poor dealings with in the past, and who have recieved poor reviews from the end users of their goods and/or services ![icon_question.gif](upload://t2zemjDOQRADd4xSC3xOot86t0m.gif)

Hell, Gerry, if the Central Missouri Chapter of NACHI can give your boss at Inspection Depot another shot, why not this vendor. It's not like they were supporting putting inspectors out of work or anything.

Seriously, they made a mistake and set it right. My bet is they have distanced themselves farther from Gil Strachan than Rowan did from Hooper.

John,

my reaction at seeing their name again was just the same as Joe's was, people have very short memories, IMHO Joe was right to remind us the chaos caused, and the damage done in the past.

If they are attempting to correct previous issues then so be it, but you have to admitt, they were pretty big issues (would you do business with Michael Napadow ??)

Regards

Gerry

Thanks for backing me up Joe. Not one single post by the Vendor. Almost all talk about a Convention and other nonsense.

You are correct John.

http://www.nachi.org/bbsystem/viewtopic.php?p=116364&highlight=graphics#116364

Nonsense posted and initiated by Nick G. referencing how the Vendor billed for services that were never delivered.

Without any explanation presented, why is NACHI supporting this Vendor now?

I don’t often do this, but I think Joe is right to question the relationship with no announcement about a reconciliation, or other information regarding the previous overbilling.

If this is a vendor making things right, say so - let us know the particulars. You saw fit to inform us when you thought they were bad, now tell us why they are good again?

Or does the 800 lb. gorilla, throw your weight around thing only count when we are takingon Mr. Bushart's personal nemesis?

Anyway, aside from the fact that I think John Conti is a stand up guy... the deal he is offering members is nothing short of fantastic. All you have to do is help him give a nice product, that advertises you, to agents you regularly work with, at no charge.

I'd be all over this thing if I was still an inspector.

My advice to you all... call him or Holly today: http://www.nachi.org/natgraph.htm

Nick, it’s noce that you have so many friends, and the flashbacks to your childhood are indeed heartwarming, but still do not address the legitimate question of: what about the overbilling?

Was it your error? An honest mistake? A vendor gone wrong and now he is making it up? What was the end result of the previous issue?

It onyl seems fair that if you are asking us to trust this Vendor after you personally aired the dirty laundry, then you should com to the table with a case in his favor or an acceptable explanation of the previous overbiling incident.

In a related matter, I am very sad to report that former member Gil Stratchan committed suicide last night by way of overdose. He swallowed over 400 copies of the October, 2005 National Graphics/NACHI press release.
