This could be a great add for NACHI and if it is then our Inspectors will get the benefit.
I do know it is not a good way to reach the public because by the time the purchaser gets this folder
they have already booked their inspection.

Yes, Roy, that is my understanding from most realtors that offer to tell you its real use. Besides having a advertisement free or paid for was still not any guarantee of the usual games played in “some” real estate offices. My experience has been extremely less than positive with the use and distribution of these folders.
I stopped advertising through this or even similar medium because the only clear real winner - is free folders for the real estate office, and $$$$ for the publishing company!
