The middle logo is an excellent example of a word mark logo.

About 95 percent of home inspectors and realtors have a variation of the logo to the left or the logo to the right. While they are not the worst logos, they are predictable, which means that they are very, very easy to forget.

A logo is to establish a unique identity within your industry. A logo is not a tiny image that tells people all of the services that you provide. Avoid using imagery that is over-used in your profession. It only serves to make you blend in to a sea of similar imagery.
