In a wordmark logo (a logo that does not use any images) the font has to match the words. I used a rounded and friendly font to connect the words to the idea of rest. To separate the words I italicized the word “Assured” to give the text a little bit more character and to emphasize the word. It is good to remember that a logo can be simple and still work. The reason that a wordmark logo is a good approach is that you don’t have to worry about someone getting lost in an image and not catching the company name. Remember, a logo is always primarily about conveying your company name in a way that looks professional and appeals to the people you will be working with. A logo that communicates that you are friendly, supportive, and professional is a good home inspection logo.
