The two conductors in the lug on the clamp is incorrect. The conductor should be coming from the service panel to the clamp, not just a jumper around the meter.
The words “main ground” should be changed to grounding electrode conductor (GEC). The conductor jumping accross the water meter is a bonding jumper.

You are only showing a jumper across the meter. This is not a GEC. You still show two conductors in the right clamp.
