IMO, those are considered Double-Lugged!
Here south of your border for better or worse Nick has the correct term, double tapped.
Personally I dislike double tapped but that seems to be the prevalent term used to describe multiple conductors under a single terminal.
Kinda like using “Romex” instead of ‘NM’ for Non-Metallic Sheathed.
I’ve been using double tapped for breakers, double lugged for neutrals.
At least Romex is a brand name for NM cable so I can see someone calling NM cable Romex, personally I may have in the past but now I do not. Double tap seems to imply that there is an Article 240 tap rule involved which there usually isn’t, it’s just two conductors jammed under a terminal designed for one one conductor.
Maybe someone can invent a better term for this.
For me… when you “Tap Into” something, it is mid-span, such as wiring, water piping, etc.
JMHO which I’m entitled to!
