All flat roofs that have a perimeter extending above the roof surface should have auxiliary (emergency overflow) drains or scuppers.
Not all BUR roofs have parapets (surrounding walls) or an extended perimeter and may drain over the roof edge.
I would consider removing the references to drainage and parapets. Roof drainage and parapets are separate from describing a roof covering material.
