Not very clear considering Ufer and water pipe sizing is different than sizing to a driven electrode like a rod.
To expand on Jim’s comment a ground rod electrode GEC or bonding jumper is not required to be larger than #6. A GEC or bonding jumper for a CEE is not required to be larger than #4. Maybe a note can be added to reflect that not every electrode requires a GEC sized according to the table.
