Jason, contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring.

I’m actually looking to hire an inspector! We’re taking on 14+ inspections each day and and are booking a week out. I own the company and can barely handle anything as far as building the business/website and lots of other side projects I’m dying to start but cannot due to the amount of work we receive!
