Nick this is an awesome video but can we get one that does not say the energy inspection is free and included?
Juan, … good thinking. I’m on it.
We’re working on a second one that focuses on the for-a-fee model. We want to help support both ways to offer it.
Cheers,
It’s a good, short and concise video. I have it on my website, and like it.
Wow thanks guys.
That video looks great on your website (porkbun.com | parked domain)
I have a few recommendations:
- Put the new Certified logo on that page. Find it at http://www.nachi.org/images2012/energy/Seal-Included-With.jpg
- The video might be too small. Embed a larger-sized one. Visit http://www.youtube.com/share_popup?v=enZMeWUXCZU, click the embed button and pick a larger size.
- Update the words of the page with consumer-oriented info. You can copy/paste from Global Climate Change & Home Inspectors - InterNACHI®.
- Make sure your phone number is on the top of that page. The video ends with “Call Now.”
- Package it with your home inspection service. Make sure your clients clearly understand that you include this incredible value to your regular home inspection service.
- Raise your fee, because you include a Home Energy Report.
- Use Energy brochures. You can download the brochures and print them yourself, or order customized brochures from InterNACHI Design & Print Services. After you place your order, a member of InterNACHI’s Inspector Marketing Department will contact you to help you with your custom design of any brochure or logo that you want for your business.
