Hello to you all. Just want to drop in and say hello from sunny Florida. I just joined NACHI with the help of guru Nick, “Thanks Nick” for all your help, it’s appreciated on this end.


I’ve been in the construction field in one way or another for over 30 years (moonlighting). Also, I was a law enforcement officer in New Jersey and Florida. I also did inspections with a friend in New Jersey who had an inspection business.


I started my own business here in Florida 1 year ago and it’s up and down. I’d like more of the up though. That’s why I joined NACHI.


Again, HELLO to you all. I’m looking forward to a long lasting relationship with NACHI.

I've been a NACHI member for a little over a month now (even though my profile sometimes says that I'm NOT a member).

Today (8/27) I received my third inspection directly from the NACHI web site. The membership, so far, has been one of my best investments.

Search the NACHI site, follow some of their marketing direction and hopefully you will benefit as I am. Good luck!
