Never seen this before. Grounds were pig tailed (wrapped) around the panels GC bond wire and not individually mounted on the buss bar. Common sense says not a great connection for continuity and probably a DIY short cut. Comments?
It’s wrong. There must be some kind of mechanical connection.
That is a good slice … if they solder it.
