I have never seen a roof of this condition, what is it?. wood shakes or asphalt shingles?


Seems that the maintenance has not quite been up to par.


I am surprised that it is not leaking, or is it?


How old is this roof? I am curious as to how long a roof of this nature can really last. Any idea as to who the manufacturer was?


The bottom line is the fact it has to be replace, but questions of the product would be informative.
