New to InterNACHI and this community

Hey y’all,

Not sure if this is the correct category for “interacting” according to the educational requirements, but here goes.

Name’s Dave (call me Dave or David, but don’t call me late fer dinner, just say’n ). I own / operate an inspection business for residential / commercial insurance inspection companies that I started in 2018 and now looking to increase ticket revenue by becoming a home inspector in TN. With close to 7,000 inspections, I feel that’s a good foundation for this industry. Cut my teeth in the trades with some time in the financial / insurance industry. I’m building a fleet of drones and posses a FAA Part 107 license.

And for my softer side, I love fast cars, movies, trading, football and coffee … not necessarily in that order :sunglasses:. Look’n forward to interacting, sharing, and learning from the pros here and becoming CPI certified. That’s all for now, back to scheduling inspections…

Wow, Dave!

That’s 3.2 inspections per day 365 days a year for six years straight.

That’s movin’ man. Congrats and welcome. Look forward to your input.

Welcome to the InterNACHI MB, there is a lot of knowledge to be gained here, but having thick skin and not taking things to personal are good traits to have around here. :grinning:

Best of luck to you moving forward.

Being married for 1 year will qualify you. You didn’t get your “Thick Skin” card 34 years ago?

Thank you Robert!

And only 21 Google reviews

You need to get a life. I have no beef with you but it now appears you are making it personal. Pursuing this antagonist path is only making you look like an idiot. How about spending your energy by doing good and serving other members of this fine community. Nuff said, try and have a better day.

That’s OK. I see you list South Carolina as part of your territory for your so-called home inspection business. I don’t see you listed as a home inspector in South Carolina. I think you’re a fraud! Prove me wrong.

Maybe some of our home inspectors in Florida can verify if he has a Florida license.

Ok dude, this is actually quite entertaining. If you bothered to actually read my post, I perform inspections for insurance companies, which, apparently in your limited knowledge on this subject, doesn’t require any license while performing field inspections.

Nowhere on my site does it actually state I perform home inspections. When I do get licensed as a home inspector it will be in my home state of Tennessee. Then, and only then, will my site be updated. Anything else you want to know, just ask. Don’t go starting fires you can’t put out. Move on…

That’s what I’m getting at and you finally admitted it. This is a home inspection forum not an insurance inspection forum. Fraud!
