So I’m working my way through the course towards becoming a home inspector and looking for a few ride-a-longs in Orange County. I’ve been a handyman for many years and have good common sense.
I’m friendly and can help out with what ever you need in exchange for some inspection wisdom on the job.

Steve, contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring.

Also, for your SIGNATURE: Click on your face in the upper right hand corner of this page. Then click on your name to the left of the bell. Then click on preferences. Then click on profile and scroll down to signature and fill out the information that you want to appear under every post that you make. AND LAST, scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.
