If none of those are a chimney, which they don't appear to be, the 3-2-10 rule will not apply.

Gas appliances have their own height requirements based on roof slope. See IRC table G2427.6.5.

There is a special requirement for when they are within 8' of a vertical wall, doors, operable windows, etc. but none of those apply in this case.

Yes, I had that table but seem to have misplaced it...a link anyone?
