Joe - right on target. Don’t you really mean - please inspect carefully - especially when inspecting electrical systems. It is sometimes amazing how many inspectors still don’t get the issue of Personal Protection Equipment and the reg’s regarding workplace safety, also applies to our sector, not just others. Not to forget that most electrical deficiences pose significant safety hazards or potentially life threatening concerns.
