I was curious if anyone here utilizes the manuals from NFPA. They have manuals which are content specific for existing buildings.
I bought them (about $170 for the 2-volume Code and Commentary version) but I’m using them to develop a commercial template. For the most part what they contain exceeds the General Home Inspection and what doesn’t can be found in the IRC or IBC; they have a lot of provisions based on agricultural, industrial, heavy commercial, etc. subjects.
