Hi Paul, good video. I booked an inspection today with someone and their main concern was conflict of interest.
She asked me if I do any home inspections for the Realtor who is the listing agent, not just the agent but the entire office!
Fortunately I don’t, ( they have a firm in their back pocket I think ) so I got the job.
I think that the more educated consumers become the less we will be inspecting at the time of the sale rather than before the home goes on the market.
I think educated consumers will help this industry allot more than licensing will.
