No electrical mast

I have never seen this before, where is the electrical mast ?? I know this is a 1900 built house, but what happened

The attachment directly to the home used to be common, but:

1. There’s no drip loop;
2. Service entrance conductors have to be protected from abrasion.
3. Service entrance conductors need to be enclosed within a proper raceway.

Improper installation should be corrected by a qualified electrical contractor.

The siding crew buried the SEC behind the vinyl siding. Just wait until someone nails something into the conductors
