Muhammad, can the “condition tags” and “severity” levels be customized and can photos be added from the phone’s photo library in the full version?
No, but customizing severities and conditions is an essential idea given different standards inspectors may need to comply to. You can expect that to be available in coming weeks along with other customizations for the PDF reports. In fact, if you want I can let you know when that is available.
As for adding photos from the photo library then that is not available in the full version either, and we have just added it to the next update branch.

To be honest, I am not looking for new inspection software, as I am very happy with my custom word template. Consider my comments as a bug report.

Yeah definitely. It’s refreshing to know inspectors use a variety of report writing software/methods. Your feature ideas are invaluable, it lets us know where we are lacking.
Appreciate the encouragement! I think it should really be of help to new inspectors and part time ones. And even veterans who are sick of monthly fees and are able to achieve exactly what they could on their old software by using ours and ditching the extra bells and whistles they never needed anyways.
That’s what I do. I say steady and always have another inspection scheduled the following day. If you can’t inspect the house, photograph defects and make a comment effortlessly you’re in the wrong business.
Good home inspection software will allow you to create your own templates and move sections around to mirror your inspection flow.
