Hello All!
I recently finished my courses on here and have done 10 mock inspections. I cannot for the life of me figure out my next steps. Is there now a state test? Do I need to apply for a license? If so, how. No one can seem to tell me from the department of commerce what I need to apply for. Or am I just good to start creating my LLC and get some insurance and start doing my own thing. Please help!

Matthew, contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or farther, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring.
