Older poured foundation issue?

Worth repeating !!!

You mean I missed out since you are just Hours away!
I was down passed you just last month Larry.

Enough with the empty threats Kevin. Show me your power. Put up or shut up. Take action. You really are a moron

I just did Jeffrey!
I hope you now what you have done.

tell us more about the pancakes Larry…got any pictures ?

We don’t take pictures of Pancakes.

Now your statement would apply to to many of the old buildings I have inspected downtown SSM On. None of them have fallen or crumbled and they probably have three times more structural weight then any building down there. They are never underpinned and are still standing. Go figure some of the new homes I see are already starting to sag and bow. As for river rock I do agree that it can be a problem but more often it is the new construction that needs epoxy resin and water proofing along the open cracks.

We made some like Mickey Mouse with ears and some in the shape of a banana. The pictures remain in our memories and it was time well spent.

Obviously I hope you did not take offense to this comment I made Larry.
Glad you had fun.

next time try to remember pictures…pancake art is awesome…
