On-Site reporting

Hey Gary send me a copy of your report I can guarantee you do not know it all no one does

Doesn’t look like Larry’s a Buyer’s Choice franchise inspector. They all just switched to HIP this month and he’s not on my list. I’m guessing just a company with the same name.

You don’t know what you don’t know until you know.

Most all HI software will not state what is actually inspected by an inspector during a home inspection. They will just refer to an SOP, and list defects and suggested repairs. This is how many HI’s and franchises get by with $199 fees. Reports are short, list a few defects, done. I have seen dozens of reports this way. Not me. I list what has been inspected, by room and area, so there are no questions later.

Sorry, Charlie. I will not send you a sample of my report, because I am concerned that you may want to use it. You can, for a fee of course.

I hope you are as busy as I am. did 45 in February, best February since 2006.

No need to send me a report Gary.

I killed that email account over a year ago because it got hacked, I apologize for you wasting time with it and I really need to change my profile.
