The error that the other server returned was:
550 No Such User Here"

I have never had to do any research after any inspection. As a former home builder, corporate VP, being over 64, yes, I do know it all. That is why I do most of my inspections with high-end homes. REA’s that sell lower end homes do not suggest me, because I know too much. 80% of REA’s here like to use the new, less-educated, cheap HI’s. You may want to contact your site provider to repair your email account, or post a new one on your InterNACHI profile.

A Buyers Choice is a franchise. How are you making money at $195 and dolling out to the franchise too? Yikes brother

Doesn’t look like Larry’s a Buyer’s Choice franchise inspector. They all just switched to HIP this month and he’s not on my list. I’m guessing just a company with the same name.

You don’t know what you don’t know until you know.

Most all HI software will not state what is actually inspected by an inspector during a home inspection. They will just refer to an SOP, and list defects and suggested repairs. This is how many HI’s and franchises get by with $199 fees. Reports are short, list a few defects, done. I have seen dozens of reports this way. Not me. I list what has been inspected, by room and area, so there are no questions later.

Sorry, Charlie. I will not send you a sample of my report, because I am concerned that you may want to use it. You can, for a fee of course.

I hope you are as busy as I am. did 45 in February, best February since 2006.
