In regards to our Privacy Policy. I am assuming you have a concern with the information we are having to collect?
We are only collecting that information for certain services your clients set up (Eletric, water, TV, Internet, etc…) This is just something the Utility providers require since we are assisting with setting their utilties and entertainment services up for them. Every Utility company is different across the country per city and state. OneSource is PCI Compliant and the clients information is automatically encrypted and purged out of our system as soon as their orders have been placed. If it is electronic someone somewhere will be able to access it.
Tony I understand your concern. All we can do here is make sure we are taking all precautions neccessary to protect your clients information. Like I stated before, we are PCI compliance and been doing this for 16 years and have never had an issue. The data is never stored in our system since it gets purged out soon as that order is placed. We are here to help your client save a massive amount of time trying to do this on their own. I hope you can trust we are not here other than to provide a free service to your clients. We would not be in business and have a A+ rating with the BBB if we were doing anything other than what we do.
