I agree you aren’t a computer mechanic but you could have them look for lights getting brighter and such. If the new owner starts losing stuff because of a bad multiwire circuit and you ignored the 18% VD anomaly you might share his liability
Just for the record it is not the % of voltage drop that causes a problem but what the low voltage is and how long it stays.
When my AC unit starts up my lights blink. Where it is hooked into the box and a quick meter at the box one can see the dip is on the power Co’s side
Remember that Hi Voltage hurts also and the computers have a VERY forgiving design that can take a very wide change in voltage and when the limit is exceeded they do not blow up just stop
