Opinion on a Tub Install

Wilkey Plumbing will not fix it haha. And my builder Alan Hobbs will not contact me. Guess my next step is to hire a reputable plumber to fix the issue and post reviews and pictures of everything; pictures, emails, the opinions on here from home inspectors, all over social media and anywhere I can leave a review.

Bad move!
That is what most contractors/builders expect you to do… and it cost YOU in the end!
Hire an Attorney and let him/her handle it. It may only take a well written letter to resolve the issue!

A lawyer is going to cost also and if I do nothing about calling my builder and plumber out, what prevents them from doing this again and again to customers who do not know better.

Especially when the contractor takes you to court!
Wouldn’t you rather be in control of the situation vs being on defense?

Does “someone” have a state license to make a formal complaint

I’m in Bryan County Oklahoma, outside of any city limits.

This is what I came up with - BUMMER!

Do you need a license to build in Oklahoma?

In Oklahoma, general contractors are not required to have state licenses to perform their construction services. This includes commercial or residential buildings, roads, bridges and highways, installation of residential and municipal utilities, industrial and oil field installations and other various projects.
