Larry, it may be old but it still works today, at least for my business. Basically all I modified was the fee area. It is simple and a good record of the appointment/quote. 
Then he should say what he means. I assume nothing!

Thanks for the appointment sheet. Was actually able to go in and fully customize with my company logo. Thanks guys. FYI- no consumption of alcoholic beverages on the forum.

Hi Larry, this is off topic but I wondering how to get the CPI insignia next to your name on the forum. As I am certified.
Click on your face in the upper right hand corner of this page. Then click on your name to the left of the bell. Then click on preferences. Then click on profile and scroll down to TITLE and choose CPI. AND LAST, scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.

I think what you’re explaining only puts “InterNACHI®️ CPI” below the name, and don’t put the “CPI” to the right.
Yeah, that’s what I just tested. I think he’s asking about the CMI to the right of Larry’s name.
