I’m not sure if this happens in other states but at least here in So. Cal., almost every sub-panel in a condo or townhouse had overspray of texture and in some cases paint. The obvious reason is laziness by the workers, just curious if anyone has any other thoughts? Thanks all.
Yes! Call that out every time.

You know the problem with that is. They almost have to replace the entire panel. But I don’t care. Call it out and move on
WE noted the panel is screwed up with overspray.
