P trap bathroom - corroded

This p trap under sink bathroom had a thick leak (not active). Other than saying leak and corroded can we give the client more information. I turned the water on and no leak so can we infer the leak was addressed?

No. Evidence of leakage at p-trap under bathroom sink.

I recommend repair by a qualified plumber.

Plastic doesn’t corrode, but it does stain.
