That’s really impressive. Looks more like a basement for a commercial structure than for a house.
A basement that big will have to have it’s own HVAC zone.

That one photo looks like precast prestressed double-tee bridge deck panels that get capped with 3 to 4 inches of concrete. When I was the resident engineer back in the 80s we used these for county road bridge decks.
The first few photos look like several feet of limestone bedrock was drilled and blasted out. Looks like a mini quarry pit.
