You have to look into a dish with a heater in it. icon_lol.gif that is unless you want to be ‘supper’.

I am only half kidding, you don't think ABC sends people out to brush off the dishes. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

I might even try plumbing heat tape on the back side of the dish.

Nice Home Nick! I love it . I used to live in the Cascade Mountains of Oregon.

A snow shield is a must for your dish; don't want to be eaten by the locals.

I have to ask. Did you get an inspection? Or did you do it yourself?

The home is pre-fab and was dropped in, in 4 sections. Can’t get labor up here to do anything custom.

Wolverines eh? aiwebs_002.gif Only in your dreams.

Even rocky mountain timber wolf sightings are extremely rare these days. Now mountain lions are different. Quite a few in your area. Just missed seeing one near Estes. I use to work part time in the national park. Great area.

Does the lag time bother you ??? I know it is short, but I thought I would ask.

Erol , they re-introduced the Mexican Wolf in " my" camping area icon_eek.gif

I’m glad you brought that up Todd. They re-introduced Moose to Colorado a few years back. I saw a bull in July near Grand Lake (Nick’s hood). But the largest animal I’ve seen out there ever was a male elk above timberline this summer. Much larger than the full grown moose. Maybe start a wildlife forum. icon_cool.gif

Very nice home. Hard to believe it's a modular.

You can get custom out there. A log home is probably the only custom home you can get there. I understand there are a "few" log companies in the area .

And you would definately be paying up the nose.
