I have a new construction (built in 2020) with a post tension foundation. I saw 2 of these plastic caps on the side of my house. I don’t seem to find them anywhere else. What could them be? Should I be concerned? Should I contact the builder to do something with the caps or should I cover them up myself? What kind concrete should I use to cover them up?
