I would have to go with Joe’s answer some homes take longer than others and some client’s talk more than others. I kinda go with the flow and what ever it takes, to a point.

As long as it takes to perform the inspection and to answer all questions and concerns of the client. Do not try to set a time limit in which you need to finish the job. It will bite you in the end
