I haven’t seen this one before. Claming as a Pastor. And sent me picture’s of himself, or someone else. Asking me to pay the cleaning crew with money from the check he is going to send me.etc.etc… So i thought i would atleast post here to make some of you aware of this one.

Since the house was sold on October 5, 2023, what exactly is the point of the inspection?
I say flip the script on him.
Tell him you’ll do it for free, since he’s a poor pastor and all and tell him to mail the check directly to the cleaners. If they are unhoused, tell him to make the check out to them, and they can cash it themselves. Since that’ll be a no-go, he can Western Union the money to you and you’ll give them the cash. Or not 
Watch him fumble about insisting on paying you with varying levels of checks. It’ll be quite entertaining.

Lol. I did all that. Told him to just have them receive the check. Even gave him the guilt. Say i hope your trustworthy, being a Pastor an all… But you know how these scammers are. 
Just wanted to post so other peopel that havent been here long hopefully dont get taken by this one.
