Twice in last 2 inspections I find the power cord for the electric range passes through the floor into the basement below where it plugged into the expected receptacle. I believe disconnection means must be in same room as appliance, and visible (behind removable bottom drawer OK). Otherwise a second means of disconnect must be provided. QUESTION? Am I correct in my thinking?
